RB Shap has been a Lancaster fixture since 1972, when friends Richard Green and Bob Cohen opened a self-serve apparel and shoe store and named it after themselves ā Richard, Bob, SHoes, APparel. In 2004 the store reinvented itself around premium comfort footwear with a knowledgeable, service-trained staff, and in 2020 it joined the Sole Provisions Family of Stores. Locals have kept voting it Best Shoe Store in the annual LNP Readers' Choice Awards.
On Lititz Pike, RB Shap serves Pennsylvania Dutch Country with more than fifty years of local history behind every fitting.
